- Lunch or dinner in our A la Carte Restaurant 40 euros, directed by the chef (Raúl Torres has been recognized as Revelation Chef in the "Qué Bueno Canarias" Awards) for his innovative proposal in the restaurant Donde Mario, in Tenerife. After working in kitchens of international reference in Peru and Mexico -such as Maido, Pujol or Astrid y Gastón-, he has developed his own style that combines modern techniques with the traditional flavors and products of the Canary Islands.
At the helm of Donde Mario, he has turned the restaurant into a gastronomic reference in the islands, focusing on creativity, respect for local products and a contemporary vision of Canarian cuisine.
His work reflects a new generation of chefs who elevate the culinary identity of the archipelago with a global outlook and local sensitivity.

- Sunday and Monday, you can enjoy the gastronomic experience in our Gastro Bar GONG, located next to the pool, with a selection of dishes up to a value of 40 € per person to choose from the menu (drinks not included).
Important: The gourmet half board does not include drinks and is adapted to the availability of the gastronomic spaces according to the opening days.
